Best Western Regency Inn

Features: Complete convention hotel with 5,676 square feet of meeting space with nine meeting rooms. Regency Hall is 100’x50’ room that will seat 600 people theater style. This room can be separated into five different rooms, each measuring 20'x50’. These rooms each easily seat 125 people theater style, 56 people classroom style and 64 people at round tables. Room F measures 26'x26’ and will seat 60 people theater style, 24 people classroom style and 40 people at round tables. Regency Hall many times is used for a large general session and seats 8-10 people at a large conference table and works well for board meetings. State of the art PA system, audio-visual equipment, and high speed inter-net available along with staging capabilities and on site catering. Large swimming pool area and restaurant area, which is a possible location for events also. Spacious free parking. View the floor plan.

Babe Harder Gymnasium- This complex includes the gymnasium, racquetball court, locker rooms, fitness center team room/classroom and offices.

Shawn Williams Baseball Field- Features 6,000 square feet of sod in the infield, pitching mounds, double bullpens, two batting cages, warning track, and foul poles, new dugouts and ample parking.

Student Activity Center- 40,000 square foot facility includes a full college basketball/volleyball court with seating for up to 1,500 fans. There is a High-tech fitness center and an upper level running/walking/jogging track.

This 122,000 square foot facility includes competitive pool, basketball courts, indoor track, racquetball courts, indoor cycling and so much more.

Competition Swim Natatorium- Facility includes eight 7' lap lanes, lane ropes, 12.5' in the deep end for 2 spring boards. All the features of this pool make it one of the fastest pools in the Midwest, 1700 bleacher seats, 22 foot video projection, 4 live cameras and a "Jumbotron" to play the competition on. 

Cultural Center- 60,000 square foot facility. Dedicated to the arts, people and much more.

Gymnasium- Two high school sized floors for a total of 84' in length. Used as two basketball courts, four volleyball courts or three volleyball courts with two viewing ends.

Indoor Track- The track is made of a rubberized surface called Sportsflex. Twelve laps equal one mile. The track has three lanes, walk, jog and run.

Outdoor facilities include baseball, football, soccer, & softball fields, and a track. Indoor gymnasium, known as the "Roundhouse" includes basketball court, volleyball, wrestling, a track and a swimming pool. All areas served by concessions, restrooms, ample parking and complete men and women's locker rooms.

Baseball Field- Lighted with seating for 1,800, PA system, and covered dugouts.

Football & Soccer Field- Facility has bleacher seating for 5,000, press box, sound system, and score board.

Roundhouse- Gymnasium college-size floor is 94' x 50'. Can set up as three cross-courts for basketball or 2 volleyball courts. Seating for 4,500, press box and PA system. Indoor track is 1/10 mile and has six lanes.

Softball Diamond- Lighted diamond with seating for 500, covered dugouts, and PA system.

Swimming pool- Pool is a 25-yard swimming pool with PA system, and bleachers.

Track- Outdoor eight lane, 400-meter all weather track.

Linn Creek Recreational Trail-The trail is 7.98 miles long. It is a hard surfaced linear trail built mainly on the dike along Linn Creek and the Iowa River.

South 6th Street Softball Complex- This softball complex offers weekly tournaments and is the site of past state and national tournaments. There are three lighted softball diamonds with 250 ft. outfields, shelter, restrooms, playground and concession stand.

Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum - Auditorium/gymnasium is 107' x 107' with a permanent stage 22' x 66'. Tables/chairs portable bleachers and permanent balcony seats a total of 520 people. Suited for a variety of recreational activities including basketball, boxing, volleyball and dances. Catering kitchen is adjacent.
