Moms (or Dads) are invited to attend BabyTime Read and Rhyme with their babies (up to 18 months old.)Pre-registration is required by calling the library at 754-5738; space is limited. This program, a collaboration between Empowerment, Marshalltown Public Library and Building Healthy Families, will emphasize fun ways to "raise a reader" right from the beginning, as well as offer a supportive group and chances to interact with other parents of babies.
